My passion has always been to pass on what will be predominant tomorrow, such as the rise of organic (1998), wellness integrated with beauty (2000), the suspicion of ingredients (2004), DIY and ultra freshness (2005) or clean beauty (2012).
I founded TREND SOURCING in 2000, after 9 years at l’Oréal, based on the premise that beauty was integrated into health, as all ancestral medicines show.
An active member of the CEW (first network of beauty professionals), of Spa-A, speaker at numerous trade fairs in France and abroad, and a moderator and journalist for 20 years, I co-founded the New Concepts Blog in 2010 and now run my own blog.
I spent some great years at Biotherm (L’Oréal)! Being in a team working in the small houses of Asnières was ‘The Place to Be’ in the group😉. I worked there for 6 years in Sales followed by 3 years in the coordination of the North American and Asian markets and on the Strategic Watch, this last responsibility having revealed what really moved me deeply!
I am convinced that tomorrow’s innovations will come first and foremost through the respect for life and biodiversity, and I am fully committed to it in terms of insights for new products, places and services.
I have been pointing out feeble yet emerging signals for more than 25 years in order to support brands in their strategic development, from Indie brands to large organisations.
